Maison Margiela — A Tribute to Galliano & McGrath

This editorial was a personal homage to two visionaries: John Galliano and Pat McGrath. Inspired by Galliano’s romantic decadence and couture drama, the styling featured corsetry, sheer layers, pearls, and sculptural silhouettes. Pat McGrath’s influence came through in the glossy, chaotic beauty, clumped lashes, saturated pigment, tear-streaked cheeks. The shoot merges baroque excess, drag aesthetics, and gender-fluid modernity, echoing how both creatives taught us that fashion isn’t just about appearance, but transformation.
